What happens when a SIM uses its 250 MB?
It pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. There is no overage charge. To keep it running, upgrade that SIM in the portal: upgrades apply at once and are prorated.
When does billing start?
Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before. After that, each SIM is €1.29 a month ex VAT, billed monthly with every other active SIM. VAT reverse charge: you account for Irish VAT.
Which networks does it use?
Vodafone, Three and eir. Roams across Vodafone, Three and eir and uses whichever is strongest where the device is.
Physical SIM or eSIM?
Either, for €2.49 per SIM once. We recommend an eSIM: it arrives as a QR code once your order is confirmed, with no postage. A physical SIM is a trio card that pops out to mini, micro or nano and is posted from the UK for €5.49 per order; the carrier may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on arrival, which you pay.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, SIM by SIM in the portal. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades take effect from the next month.
What is the APN?
Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.
How many SIMs can I order?
Up to 25 per order request: we confirm it by email and set the SIMs up. For more, pooled data or API access, talk to us and we will set the fleet up.
