On Every Plan
- SIM
- €2.49 once per SIM: an eSIM (recommended) or a physical trio SIM that pops out to mini, micro or nano.
- Delivery
- €5.49 per order of physical SIMs, posted from the UK. The carrier may charge import VAT, customs duty or a handling fee on arrival, which you pay. eSIMs arrive as a QR code with no postage and no import charges.
- VAT
- Prices are ex VAT and no VAT is added. Business customers only: VAT reverse charge, the customer accounts for Irish VAT.
- Billing
- Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.
- At the allowance
- The SIM pauses instead of charging overage. Upgrade it straight away, prorated, or wait for the monthly reset.
- Contract
- None. Every active SIM is on one monthly bill; payment terms are confirmed with your order.
- APN
- Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.
- Extras
- Private IP included. Static public IP: €9.49 a month per SIM. All extras.

When does billing start?
Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are ex VAT and no VAT is added: we sell to business customers only, under the VAT reverse charge, so the customer accounts for Irish VAT. Add your company's VAT number to your order request.
What does a SIM cost on top of the plan?
€2.49 per SIM, once, for an eSIM or a physical trio SIM. eSIMs need no delivery. Physical SIMs are posted from the UK for €5.49 per order; any import VAT, duty or handling fee charged on arrival is yours.
Is there a contract?
No. Every active SIM is on one monthly bill, and each SIM's plan can be changed in the portal.
Which networks does the Ireland multi-network plan use?
The SIM roams across the Irish mobile networks and uses whichever is strongest where the device is, so a device is not tied to one operator's coverage. Each plan page lists the networks.
