On Every Plan

SIM: £2.00 once per SIM (£2.40 inc VAT): a physical trio SIM that pops out to mini, micro or nano, or an eSIM.
Delivery: £2.49 per order of physical SIMs (£2.99 inc VAT). eSIMs arrive as a QR code with no postage.
VAT: Prices are ex VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
Billing: Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.
At the allowance: The SIM pauses instead of charging overage. Upgrade it straight away, prorated, or wait for the monthly reset.
Contract: None. Every active SIM is on one monthly card payment.
APN: Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.
Extras: Private IP included. Static public IP: £8 a month per SIM. All extras.

When does billing start?

Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Prices are shown ex VAT with the inc VAT figure beside them. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

What does a SIM cost on top of the plan?

£2.00 per SIM, once, for a physical trio SIM or an eSIM. Physical SIMs are posted for £2.49 per order; eSIMs need no delivery.

Is there a contract?

No. Every active SIM is on one monthly card payment, and each SIM's plan can be changed in the portal.

Should I choose 4-network or 3-network?

4-network adds EE, so a device can use whichever of the four UK networks is strongest where it is. 3-network (O2, Vodafone and Three) is cheaper and suits devices where those networks already reach.

What happens at the allowance?

The SIM pauses instead of charging overage. Upgrade it straight away, prorated, or wait for the monthly reset.

Where do I find the APN?

Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.
