What happens when a SIM uses its 1 GB?
It pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. There is no overage charge. To keep it running, upgrade that SIM in the portal: upgrades apply at once and are prorated.
When does billing start?
Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before. After that, each SIM is £2.25 a month ex VAT (£2.70 inc VAT) on one card payment for every active SIM.
Which networks does it use?
O2, Vodafone and Three. Roams across O2, Vodafone and Three. Our lowest prices, for devices that don’t need EE.
Physical SIM or eSIM?
Either, for £2.00 per SIM once. A physical SIM is a trio card that pops out to mini, micro or nano and is posted for £2.49 per order. An eSIM arrives as a QR code minutes after you order, with no postage.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, SIM by SIM in the portal. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades take effect from the next month.
What is the APN?
Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.
How many SIMs can I order?
Up to 25 online, by card. For more, pooled data or API access, talk to us and we will set the fleet up.
