## Questions

### What happens when a SIM uses its 5 GB?

It pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. There is no overage charge. To keep it running, upgrade that SIM in the portal: upgrades apply at once and are prorated.

### When does billing start?

Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before. After that, each SIM is £8.85 a month ex VAT (£10.62 inc VAT) on one card payment for every active SIM.

### Which networks does it use?

O2, Vodafone, Three and EE. Roams across all four UK networks and uses whichever is strongest where the device is.

### Physical SIM or eSIM?

Either, for £2.00 per SIM once. A physical SIM is a trio card that pops out to mini, micro or nano and is posted for £2.49 per order. An eSIM arrives as a QR code minutes after you order, with no postage.

### Can I change plan later?

Yes, SIM by SIM in the portal. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; downgrades take effect from the next month.

### What is the APN?

Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.

### How many SIMs can I order?

Up to 25 online, by card. For more, pooled data or API access, talk to us and we will set the fleet up.
