### What happens when a SIM uses its 20 GB?

It pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. There is no overage charge. To keep it running, upgrade that SIM in the portal: upgrades apply at once and are prorated.

### When does billing start?

Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM; we email you at least 5 days before. After that, each SIM is £24.99 a month ex VAT (£29.99 inc VAT) on one card payment for every active SIM.

### Which networks does it use?

Europe. Roams across the EU, for kit that moves between countries or lives outside the UK.

### What size is the SIM?
