### What happens when a SIM uses its 1 GB?

It pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. There is no overage charge. To keep it running, upgrade that SIM in the portal: upgrades apply at once and are prorated.

### When does billing start?

Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM; we email you at least 5 days before. After that, each SIM is £2.99 a month ex VAT (£3.59 inc VAT) on one card payment for every active SIM.

### Which networks does it use?

Europe. Roams across the EU, for kit that moves between countries or lives outside the UK.

### What size is the SIM?

One card fits all three: a multi-size SIM that pops out to mini, micro or nano, for £2.00 per SIM once. Delivery is from £2.49 per order.
