- **Price:** £2.00 once per eSIM (£2.40 inc VAT), plus the plan's monthly price
- **Delivery:** a QR code in the portal, minutes after you order; nothing is posted
- **Billing:** Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.
- **APN:** Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.

As a QR code in the portal, minutes after you order. Scan it into the device; there is nothing to post.

### Which devices take an eSIM?

Devices with an eSIM (eUICC) that can download a profile from a QR code. Check the device's specification for consumer eSIM support (SGP.22) or IoT eSIM (SGP.32); if it only has a SIM slot, choose the physical trio SIM instead.

### Which plans can use an eSIM?

Every plan, at the same monthly price as a physical SIM.
