- SIM: £2.00 once per SIM, physical trio SIM or eSIM ([eSIM](https://thingsim.com/plans/esim)).
- Delivery: £2.49 per order of physical SIMs; eSIMs need none.
- Billing: Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.
- Prices per active SIM, ex VAT
- £2.00 per SIM, once: physical trio SIM or eSIM
- Delivery £2.49 per order for physical SIMs; eSIMs need none
- Private IP included
- Static public IP £8 a month
- Upgrade any SIM at any time, prorated

## Questions

### When does billing start?

Billing starts when you activate, or automatically 30 days after we despatch your SIM (30 days after it is issued, for an eSIM); we email you at least 5 days before.

### Are prices shown with VAT?

Prices are shown ex VAT with the inc VAT figure beside them. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

### What does a SIM cost on top of the plan?

£2.00 per SIM, once, for a physical trio SIM or an eSIM. Physical SIMs are posted for £2.49 per order; eSIMs need no delivery.

### Is there a contract?

No. Every active SIM is on one monthly card payment, and each SIM's plan can be changed in the portal.

### Should I choose 4-network or 3-network?

4-network adds EE, so a device can use whichever of the four UK networks is strongest where it is. 3-network (O2, Vodafone and Three) is cheaper and suits devices where those networks already reach.

### What happens at the allowance?

The SIM pauses instead of charging overage. Upgrade it straight away, prorated, or wait for the monthly reset.

### Where do I find the APN?

Your APN is shown in your portal when you activate the SIM, with no username or password to set.
